Hello, let me explain my problem. I have an Asus ROG, I spilled water on the keyboard, the PC was heating up, so 5 minutes later I unplugged it, wiped up the water with tissues and placed it in a V shape as I saw online, but now the power button doesn't respond at all. So I don't know what to do, my laptop has been in this position for an hour and I don't know if I should wait or do something else.

Hello,

Even if you think you've dried everything, never power on a device after it has come into contact with water.
Always wait at least 24 to 48 hours before turning it back on, as there is a huge risk of short circuit.

So now, aside from advising you to see a repairman, we can't tell you anything more.

I used the rice technique, and 2 hours later the PC turns back on, but the touchpad is not working and the graphics card is not recognized.

  You were told that you need to wait at least 48 hours before turning it back on! Don't come complaining later that it doesn't work anymore; we're giving you advice that you don't want to follow, so you'll have to blame yourself.

    In fact, you can't really say that to people; it just doesn't come off right, so there you go. And she used a technique; she wanted to see, so maybe she didn't search on Google, but at least she was brave enough to try. It didn't work out, but that's okay.
