Cartouche in Excel 10

Hello,

I would like to create a header at the top of each page of my documents like in Word 10.
It should have a frame containing 3 lines separated by borders and a logo space.
I would also like to have a title that adapts to the width of the page in a frame below.

What do you recommend?

    in 'layout / print titles / titles to print / repeat rows at top' put your 3 lines: $1:$3
