I don't think so, when Chat Roulette blocks an IP it's solely to temporarily ban you.
If it can reassure you, I don't think you have anything to worry about unless a complaint has been filed against you.

You should hope you weren't doing that in front of a kid, because otherwise I don't see the point of being panicked; Chatroulette should rather be called Penisland.

Finally, think twice about the future before undressing on webcam. Because "Chatroulette" is not meant for that at all. It is the users who divert the basic service to make it mediocre.

The principle is simple, a hassle-free conversation, without information with other users. What more could you want?

In your case, there is little chance of having problems with the law. However, you should know that public exposure, even on the internet, can be considered an offense.

Follow this advice: "maintain the same behavior you would have in real life." When you take the bus, do you expose yourself? NO!

I allow myself to respond to this message because it irritates me to know that some people (responding on this topic) think that anything goes, especially because they believe that with an IP address (which can change or not depending on the ISP), we are not traceable.

Network administrators have, in a way, "log files" with a precise date and time of the IP addresses assigned by a DHCP server.

I did that in front of several people, where I pressed Next after just a few seconds. But I wasn't on the "Adult" section (where it is, as you said, Penisland :)), but where everyone can connect and where nudity is not supposed to be displayed (in fact, few people do).
Could it be more serious?

Nothing will happen to you.

An IP means nothing; it only takes a few seconds to change it.

When they talked about your IP, it was simply to ban you.

There is no risk, especially since this site was originally made partly for that...

ip = request ISP = Name + Address!
