Hello,
I have an HP Photosmart B110a printer and it displays the following message:
Ink system failure
0xc19a0035
Turn the printer off and then on
That's what I did but it doesn't work. I also tried a reset without success.
This has happened twice, and the first time it was resolved after changing the cartridges. But now they are all brand new!
Who can help me because it seems that I can't rely on HP! And I am desperate.
