Unable to save a PowerPoint document

Hello,

I can't save my PowerPoint presentation; when I press ctrl+s (save), it shows me the following message: an error occurred while accessing. Show help.
What should I do, this document is very important?!!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.19

    Click on the File tab.
    Click on Save As, then in the File Type list, select the graphic file format you want.
    In the File Name box, type a new name for the document, or do nothing to accept the suggested file name.
    Click on Save.
