Hello,
I am currently experiencing an issue with Adobe Reader DC, I am unable to save PDFs. I do have the "Save As" option, but when I click on it, the window opens but stays hopelessly blank (see screenshot below) and the mouse keeps loading endlessly.
Can someone guide me on a solution? Thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 44.0

    Hello,

    You can try uninstalling/reinstalling Adobe Reader, it's a free program so we can download it easily!

      I know, it has already been done several times (that's the first thing I did).

      workaround:

      a bit weird but it worked for me /
      file - send to - send as an attachment
      send it to an email address and then go to that address and open it;

      from there, you can make any modifications you want and you won't get a blank page when you want to save it;

      the file will be sent with the text already added so you won't lose anything
