Some inks no longer work

Hello,

the color inks levels are at 3/4

we have refilled the black ink

however the color prints only show a few traces of color

these inks were installed when the printer was purchased in 2023 - since then they have been used less frequently than the black ink

what should I do to restore normal operation of this printer

    Hello,

    Probably change them after (and before) a cleaning of the nozzles, in sporadic use the ink dries.

    The only ways to get rid of them are to use a reservoir ink or a Laser that uses powder that does not dry.
