Hello,
I've been annoyed for a while by the PDF document recordings that I receive in my email.
I open the received document, which is in PDF format.
I want to save this document as a PDF on my computer.
I do this by using the "right mouse click" method on the open document, then "save as," then I find my target folder (location) and name (give a name to) my document as I wish.
As a result, I notice that the file appears with the logo indicating it is a PDF but with 0 (zero) bytes :( :( :(
Why does this happen?
Sometimes it works, sometimes it fails.
If I think everything is okay and I don't verify the reality of the saved file..... I might come back a month or weeks later to find that I have NOTHING, absolutely nothing in my folder :(
Is there a logic to this?
What method would allow me to avoid experiencing this situation?

Hello,
Download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader on your PC, your PDF documents, and you just have to open them with one of these two programs.
Adobe Reader >>> HERE.
Foxit Reader >>> HERE.
Best regards.
He who does not bring pleasure upon arrival always does so upon leaving.

I deliberately waited a day to test the idea of doing everything from Adobe. So far, I haven’t had any issues with recording.
It seems that MS EDGE was clearly causing a problem.
Thanks again :)
Best regards.
