Region problem with Kaspersky antivirus

Hello,

when activating Kaspersky antivirus, it shows me a message saying that there might be a region problem preventing the activation of the software, so it gets stuck there and it's impossible to finish the activation of Kaspersky.
I'm turning to you to try to resolve this issue if possible.

Kaspersky Lab products can be activated using an activation code purchased in the region (the country) where the product will be installed and used.

When attempting to activate the application using an activation code designed for use in another region (another country), an error message appears. For example, if you purchase Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 from an online store in India, it will not be possible to activate the application in France.

To avoid this issue, please activate the application in the country where it was purchased.

If you receive this error message when activating the application in the country where it was purchased, please contact Kaspersky Lab Technical Support from your Personal Account, providing the following information:

* the country where you are trying to activate the Kaspersky Lab product (specifying the product)
* the exact date and time of the activation
* the activation code
* a description of the issue
* the IP address of the computer where the Kaspersky product is installed
* a screenshot of the main window of the Kaspersky product you are trying to activate
