Hello, I am facing a big problem: Apart from my mouse and keyboard, no USB port works anymore, neither with my printer, my external hard drive, my webcam, nor even a simple USB stick, my computer is completely unresponsive. I have tried everything within my (limited) knowledge, I even reinstalled the factory settings with my recovery CDs. I looked in the BIOS but couldn't find the Peripheral configuration or Integrated Peripheral to see if my USBs were enabled: I found nothing! Nothing works. My computer is an HP P6244fr.

    Hello, go to your device manager
    and tell me if you have a yellow exclamation mark
    win+R >> devmgmt.msc
    or control panel >> system >> device manager
