Hello,
Out of the blue, an alert "47" appeared on a mass storage device; I'm being told that a device hasn't been removed when there is nothing to remove??? I can't use this USB port... how can I fix this since I've done everything that has been suggested through the computer's help, without solving my problem.
Thank you for your response, I can't read the answers to this question on the site...

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.8

Hello

go to the device manager, look under the mass controller, you should have a yellow point ? or !, right-click on it = disable, then = uninstall
and restart your pc
