Va sus https://www.driverscloud.com/ explore ton PC en installant le plug-in. Ensuite, quand il a scanné ton PC, tu cliques sur "telecharger les pilotes compatibles avec ma configuration" (un truc comme ca quoi), et dans la liste des pilotes, tu repères celui qui est pour ton imprimante. Tu l'installes, tu redémarres ton PC et normalement c'est bon !
