Bonjour, mon imprimante ne marche pas l'imprimante est connecter a l'ordinateur mais quand je met imprimer ca veux pas alors j'ai acheter une nouvelle imprimante mais ca fais la meme chose A L'AIDE !!!!!!!!!!!! aidez moi silvous plait

Bonsoir
Est ce que tu as installé le logiciel et le pilote de ton imprimante.
Parce que sans pilote l'imprimante ne peut marcher.
