Hello, I have a rather annoying problem with my PC regarding the Alt, Alt Gr, and Ctrl keys on my keyboard. When I press these keys, it types numbers instead; for example, when I press Alt, it types "6". I can no longer use the "Alt +" code for symbols, and I also can't do "Ctrl+Alt+Delete" to access the task manager...
I have an HP Pavilion dv6 laptop running Windows 7.

I hope someone can help solve my problem. Thank you.

Good evening,
Press the SHIFT key 4 times to see.

I tried pressing the Shift key as you told me, it opens a window saying "Do you want to enable Sticky Keys?" They say to press the Shift key 5 times in a row to activate them. I did it, it makes strange noises, but it still doesn't work, my Alt key keeps typing a number just like the others (Ctrl, Alt gr).

Check if there is an update to be performed.
It is optional, but it must be done.
