Alt key bug typing "nbw" and Alt Gr key typing ",vx"

Hello everyone,

As indicated in the title, I have a problem with my keyboard. This morning I can no longer use the alt and alt gr keys. While everything was working yesterday. Now when I press the alt key, it writes "nbw" and alt gr writes ",vx" and the enter function.
I am extremely limited without these keys... I would need help. I hope there will be some charitable souls.
I have free Avast and I ran a scan.
I ran CCleaner, Glary Utilities, and Malwarebytes. But nothing has changed.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 53.0.2785.116

    Have you cleaned your keyboard?

Hello Bruce, and thank you for your quick comment,
Yes, I cleaned it yesterday morning (on the surface). During the day, everything worked fine. It's this morning that these two keys seem to be reprogrammed... I don't understand anything, and I thank you in advance for any help you could provide.

    Hello

Is it a laptop or a desktop?
    Can you try another keyboard?

With the virtual keyboard, does it do the same thing?

    Hello Phil,

It's an Asus laptop, I don't have an external keyboard to test.
With the on-screen keyboard: no problem, the alt gr and alt keys are functioning properly.

It would have been good to test with a USB keyboard, to eliminate the doubt of the keyboard itself being faulty...

You can try going into the device manager, uninstalling the keyboard, and restarting.
It will be reinstalled upon startup..

Try to find a USB keyboard to test.

Personally, I think it's a hardware failure of the keyboard.....

And would it work for both keys? At the same time?
