console WinRE : je n'ai pas les cd
restauration du système à une date antérieure : ça ne marche pas : "eéhec de la restauration du système en raison d'une erreur non spécifique. Paramètre incorrect. (0x80070057)"

Je crains que l'antivirus à tord ou à raison est supprimé des fichiers essentiels au fonctionnement. Est ce que tu peux retrouver le nom des fichiers mis en quarantaine par Avast! ?

je ne peux pas récupérer les fichiers mis en quarantaine par avast, car quand il m'a demandé, j'ai cliqué sur tout supprimer.

pour la deuxième solution, j'ai essayé, il a trouvé quelques fichiers à réparer.
le pc a donc réparer ces fichiers

puis quand j'ai redémarré, toujours le même problème : en fin de démarrage, écran bleu.
je pense que ce n'est pas très grave, et que c'est juste un fichier qui fait tout planté, car quand même, le pc démarre presque normalement, et je peux m'en servir 1 minutes avant de planter.

C'est un pc de marque, as tu la possibilité de réinstaller le système d'exploitation depuis la partition recovery ?

c'est un hp, acheté aux états unis par mon frère
la partition recovery est vide, et je n'ai pas les cd install.

est-ce que je peux essayer de ré-intaller windows à partir d'un cd vista d'un autre PC? je suppose que cela va poser problème pour les pilotes?

Pour les pilotes, aucun problème. Si tu te fait prêter un DVD d'installation de Vista de la même édition et que tu possèdes toujours le numero de licence sur la tour, ça fonctionne parfaitement.
Je m'interroge sur un fait, la licence de Vista qui devait être une version anglo-saxonne, sera t-elle valable si tu installes la version française.
