Hello, for a few weeks now, my computer has a little issue
In fact, every time I start my computer (Acer Aspire 7730), the keyboard is completely locked at startup, in front of the login screen, and this lasts about 20 minutes without any keys working!
I don't understand why, I have done an antivirus scan, defragmentation, and system restore but the problem persists, I am forced to log in to my session with the fingerprint recognition!
Sometimes certain keys work for no reason on the session password screen (like the E or F key) but that’s it
I have tried to type my password with the virtual keyboard but it’s the same, I type into the void because the keys don’t work, it’s only when I log into my session that everything returns to normal.
Yet the mouse works and normally I have no problems with the keyboard
What should I do to make my keyboard work from startup?
Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 535.11

Re...
I don't think you can disable it, you can always gently remove the key and make sure to block it "in the air"....
When it’s not pressed, everything works normally, including the boot time?
