A cover letter always consists of 3 main paragraphs, whether it is for a job search or simply to support a training or study application.
When it is a cover letter to explain your interest in entering a specific training program:
The first paragraph is about grabbing the reader's attention in a few lines; it should be brief and concise—4 or 5 lines should suffice and should make the reader want to continue reading your letter.
You need to state in a few words why you are sending this letter and connect your most recent training with the one you wish to join.
The second paragraph should be more explanatory; here, you should talk about yourself. Discuss your last training(s), what you gained from them, and explain everything you learned. The goal is to present yourself and demonstrate that this application directly fits into your curriculum or at least remains coherent with your future professional project.
Third paragraph: You explain your qualities and relate them to the desired training, and you discuss what you could bring to this training through your presence, your additional knowledge, and so on.

Of course, you will never find THE letter to copy. The standard cover letter does not exist; don’t dream!
However, these cover letter templates are a source of inspiration; take inspiration from the phrasing, the qualifiers used, the polite forms, or introductions... For the rest, it’s up to you to take action!
