Dual screen - two different resolutions

Solved

Hello,

I have, in a way, a problem with my computer.

I recently bought a small graphics card (which supports dual screen) and installed the required driver.

I also purchased a second computer monitor -> 24" 16:9 (1920x1080).
Knowing that my old one is a -> 21.5" 16:10 (1680x1050).

Up to this point, there is no problem.

1680x1050 being the lowest maximum resolution (0o) I set both screens to 1680x1050, but the display on my new 24" screen is blurry.

However, if I increase the resolution of this screen to its maximum (or to an intermediate 1776x1000), the display is clear, but there are black borders on the sides.

So I’m stuck between two choices:
1. set it to 1680x1050 and be blind in a few years
2. set the maximum resolution and deal with black bars.

Do you have a solution?

Thanks in advance

Seezer

I found:
I went into the settings of my graphics card driver, selected my monitor and checked the "Enable GPU scaling" option.

And bam, perfect.

(so now my old monitor seems a bit blurry, but I will replace it with one identical to the other.)

Thank you for your help and have a great evening.
