Bonjour, depuis queleques temps, j'ai l'impression que mon ordinateur déconne ( programmes qui ne s'executent pas, téléchargement de ccleaner avec trojan systématique, présence de cookies 2 logiciels espions que mon anti virus ne supprime pas...). Quelqu'un peut il m'indiquer comment je peux faire ppour savoir si oui ou non , une bonne fois pour toute, quelqu'un m'espionne ? Merci ! - WINDOWS XP

Installe le dans son propre dossier:
-clic droit sur le bureau, choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe le dedans.
Lance le, clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copie et colle le rapport ici stp

fait ces deux choses:
Telecharge, installe puis mets à jour ce logiciel(Ewido), une fois que c'est fait, fais un scan complet de ton système, supprime (delete) tout ce qu'il te trouve puis colle le rapport ici stp

Fait ce scan anti-virus en ligne avec Internet Explorer, accepte l'active X; la barre anti-popup du SP2 (en haut) va se mettre à clignoter, clic dessus et choisis "accepter l'active X" pour faire fonctionner le scan anti-virus.

salut bouleplate, j'ai fait tout ce que tu m'as dit... impeccable y'a plus rien, en fait je ne savais pas ce qu'était des cookies et je n'avais jamais utilisé de logiciels comme spybot. Je ne te poste pas les rapports car ils sont vierges, du moins je crois. Spybot m'a fait réparer trois ou quatre anomalies sans importance. Je voudrais te poser des questions qui me chagrinent:
1- EWIDO est un anti spyaware qui peut être actif en continue dans la barre des taches. Puis-je le laisser actif en sachant que j'ai déjà un antivirus firewall ORANGE-F SECURE (que je paye tous les mois d'ailleurs.) Ce dernier me semble t'il, ne supprime pas les données ou fichiers temporaires sur mon ordi et me paraît moins efficace...D'après toi, dois-je le garder et si je mets les deux en même temps, y'a t'il un risque ?
2- SPYBOT ça tue ! Mais est-ce que ça peut me supprimer des fichiers importants ou créer des anomalies ?
3- EWIDO et SPYBOT d'après toi, faut-il les utiliser avec parcimonie ? Peut tu me donner une fréquence d'utilisation ?
4- Enfin, je t'ai parlé d'un fichier TROJAN downloader qui était détecté lorsque je téléchargeais C CLEANER (que je n'ai jamis pu utiliser d'ailleurs malgré des téléchargements sur différents sites....). Peux tu m'expliquer d'où sort ce truc et pourquoi c'est propre à C CLEANER ??
5- enfin, MERCI pour tout ce que tu fais pour nous, vraiment un merci du fond du coeur, que puis je faire pour te remercier ??

Re salut ! En attendant ta version de ccleaner par mail, j'ai retenté de télécharger ccleaner sur le site telecharger .com. A la fin du téléchargement mon antivirus F SECURE -ORANGE m'informe qu'il a détecté un anti programme TROJAN DOWNLOADER.ZLOB. Je ne le mets pas en quarantaine et le supprime immédiatement.Mais à chaque fois que je veux ouvrir ccleaner, il me remet le même message et il m'est impossible d'ouvrir ce fichu logiciel. C'est quand même dingue... Quelqu'un peut il me renseigner sur ce TROJAN. Bouleplate, si t'as le temps, tu peux jeter un oeil à mon log ? Muchas gracias (je vais finir par devenir parano avec ces conner....)

Ca y'est, je crois avoir trouvé réponse à mon problème. Apparemment, d'après ce que j'ai pu lire sur différents sites, ccleaner est détecté par certains ANTIVIRUS comme un antiprogramme car il aurait la capacité de lire au plus profond des entrailles de l'ordinateur. Sa signature serait donc la même que certains trojans... c'est trop un truc de ouf.. En fait, lorsque j'ai ouvert ccleaner, j'ai demandé à mon antivirus qui a tout de suite réagi (attention antiprogramme trojandowloader.zlob) de ne rien faire. J'ai donc pu ouvrir tranquillement ccleaner et j'ai nettoyé mon ordi comme jamais... le top. Quelqu'un peut il me dire si j'ai bien agi ?

Pour Ccleaner c'est un programme qui est ok, bizarre quil soit détecté depuis quelques temps ..
