Hello everyone,
As the title indicates, I'm looking for my SPD.
I currently have a Q6600 G0 overclocked to 3.0GHz and I'm not sure which SPD to set...
Unfortunately, explanations vary from one forum to another
My question is: What calculation should I use to find it?
P.S.: My FSB is at 333 and my RAM is 1066
Best regards
Configuration: Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3
Intel Core(TM) 2 Quad Q6600 3GHz OC
OCZ DDR2 4x1Go PC8500 Reaper Edition
Gainward Radeon(TM) HD 4870 512Mo Golden Sample Edition 790/1050 OC
Corsair HX - 620W
Samsung Spinpoint F3 S-ATA - 1 To - 32 Mo
Windows 7 pro 64b / Firefox 9.0

Hello,
I think there is confusion between several terms
the SPD of a memory module is the Serial Presence Detect, which simplifies information about the module to the system (frequency, CAS, VRam...), see:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serial_presence_detect
you are looking for the correct coefficient for your RAM: it is usually automatically set by the system, but it can be modified in case of overclocking
To find out how your RAM is set, you just need to use CPU-Z
please provide the 'memory' and 'SPD' tabs by taking a screenshot
