Hello,
I would like to know if external RAM modules can be found for my laptop (Windows 7).
If so, where?
Because I cannot open my laptop if I do not want to lose the 2-year warranty.
Thank you

Hello,
The principle of RAM is to be extremely fast to access. Using "external" RAM would be like connecting a high-speed memory to the PC via a USB cable or another method with a data transfer rate that is much lower.
What’s the point of installing a Formula 1 engine in a car whose transmission doesn't allow exceeding 90 km/h?
In the end, RAM is useless; it’s just as well to use virtual memory.

Adding RAM, I don't know; opening the PC, yes, probably!

Hmm, among those I interact with, access to the RAM is easy and provided for. As far as I know, opening the ad hoc part is allowed. Not the case with the laptops in your world?
