Hello everyone,

Here's my situation: I bought an Asus ET2210EUKS all-in-one computer and I want to add a 4GB RAM stick to upgrade from 4GB to 8GB.
I prefer to gather information on how to disassemble this Asus ET2210 to add a RAM stick.
I haven't found any documentation on their website or any information online.

Could you please explain the process to me?

Thank you in advance and see you soon.

Hello,
yes, it is possible, there are two slots for memory.
on the French site it is not indicated for the memory mx, but on the English site for the same product they specify 8 GB (see below)

in French:
https://www.asus.com/fr/#specifications
2 GB
DDR3 at 1333MHz
2 x SO-DIMM

here in English:
https://www.asus.com/uk/#specifications
2 GB Up to 8 GB
DDR3 at 1066MHz
2 x SO-DIMM

PS.
for the same product
in French = DDR3 at 1333MHz
in English = DDR3 at 1066MHz

by the way, you shouldn't expect too much from ASUS for support in your language if it's not English, I have experienced this, here is the proof:

Thank you for contacting ASUS Customer Service.

Hi, according to your mail, it seems that you have problems with our
product. But we don't know your problem exactly because the description is not in
English. Would you please tell us your problems in English so that we can serve
you?

Thank you CMP,
I knew the max is 8GB, but actually I'm trying to find out how to disassemble the Asus ET2210.
In any case, it's crazy that Asus only responds in English and expects us to necessarily speak English!!
I’ll keep searching.

As for ASUS and their support, they have "fallen" several floors in my estimation, since I asked for help for a client with a computer similar to yours, an all-in-one, the client had registered their product for the warranty in French, I have no problem in English, but my client does not speak ASUS's language.

For the RAM, look at the back, there is certainly a plastic cover that can be removed to easily access the memory slots. (Note: always take precautions and unplug the power supply, and press the power button to discharge any voltage before working inside the computer)
