Bonjour Seb08,
je suis tjrs bloquée avec mon PC, peux tu m'aider STP
j'ai refais le scan avec le logiciel ewido mais, je ne trouve plus le bouton delete (je l'ai pourtant cherché partout). A la fin de chaque scan je clique sur apply all action car en face de chque ligne il est ecrit delete mais ca bloque tout, quand je vais voir dans le gestionnaire de taches il est ecrit ewido ne répond pas. que dois je faire ???
Donc au final voila le rapport mais je pense que rien n'a changé?
j'espere que tu pourras trouver ce qui ne vas pas
en tout cas il y a du avoir un truc de supprimé car avant qq pages intepestives été bloquées mais maintenant elles apparaissent toutes
j'attend d'avoir résolu le 1er problème pour réinstaller qq chose qui les bloque. que penses tu de la barre de google???

    Refais Ewido en suivant la marche à suivre

    Mets le à jour en cliquant update now.
    Fais un "complete system scan".
    A la fin du scan, vérifie qu'il y est bien marqué "delete à côté de chaque malware et clique seulement sur : "Apply all actions"
    Ensuite, clique sur "Save Report " puis "Save report as" et sauve le rapport dans tes documents.

    Copie/colle le rapport

    Tu aurais du rester sur le mm topik, po grave

    toolbarre yahoo et trojans

    Salut
    J’ai refais le scan 3 fois et c seulement la 3ème fois que j’ai vu que ca plante tjrs au meme endroit en fait dans la liste des trucs a effacer en 3ème place il y avait adware deluxe commucation et ca bloqué dessus, c'est en essayant de le supprimer que ewido affiche pas de réponse dans le gestionnaire de taches
    J’ai donc inversé la liste et mis ce truc en 3ème place en partant de la fin, de cette facon la majorité des méchants ont été radié.
    Que puis je faire pour ce qui est de ce adware deluxe??? c quoi un adware, c mauvais??

    j'ai une petite idée mais je préfère avoir ton avis.
    est ce que cela est dangereux d'aller directement dans le dossier C:\Program Files\DeluxeCommunications et de supprimer ce qui est dedans???? cela supprimerai ce qui bloque ewido.
    et idem pour tout ce qui bloque.
    En plus je c pas pourquoi mais la page de demarrage enregistrée dans IE est google or a chque fois je suis dirigée vezs autre chose.

    en mode sans echec...

    Rappel du démarrage sans echec :

    Redémarres le PC en mode sans échec : tu tapotes sur la touche F8 de ton clavier (ou F5 ) et tu choisis le mode sans échec)

    Vide ta corbeille

    Ensuite tjs en mode sans echec fais un scan Ewido vire tout ce qu'il te trouve et dis nous ou en sont tes probs .

    Bonjour,
    j'ai essayé de supprimer le dossier C:\Program Files\DeluxeCommunications mais c'est impossible car ca dit qu'il est utilisé par un autre programme. J'ai pourtant essayé de la supprimer en ayant démarré en mode sans echec.
    J'ai refais un scan, j'ai retanté de le supprimer et la ca a marché, j'ai donc rééssayé de le supprimer (car le dossier est toujours présent) mais c tjrs impossible.
    C qui est bizzar c'est que avec ewido je fais selete mais aussitot apres je relance ewido et il le retrouve.

    j'ai validé sans le vouloir du coup je n'ai pas fini mon message et je n'ai surtout pas relu et corrigé
    dsl si il n'été pas tres clair
    dans le précédent message j'ai tapé "je fais selete mais aussitot apres je relance ewido et il le retrouve"
    je voulais dire "DELETE" pas selete.

    et ma dernière phrase été : en tout ca le rapport est beaucoup moins long que la 1ère fois, je dois etre proche du but

    Télécharges smitfraudfix :

    En image :
    http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php

    tu le décompresses tu doubles cliques sur smitfraudfix.cmd et tu choisi l option 1
    cela vas générer un rapport.
    Si tu vois des lignes avec PRESENT! Continue la manip qui suit.

    Redémarres le PC en mode sans échec : tu tapotes sur la touche F8 de ton clavier (ou F5 ) et tu choisis le mode sans échec)

    - Ouvre le dossier "SmitfraudFix" et double clic sur "Smitfraudfix.cmd", choisit l’option 2 et tu réponds oui à tout.

    Copie/colle le rapport sur le forum stp.

    apres avoir tapé l'option voila le rapport, il n'y a pas de lignes avec présent mais j'ai fait un nettoyage quand meme.
    le rapport généré apres le nettoyage est a la fin.
    tu vois quelque chose de génant pour le fonctionnement de ce PC? ou crois tu que je peux l'utiliser tel qu'il est sans que cela n'engendre des problèmes??

    Arrête ces services Windows Update Manager et MicroSoft Media Tools pour ça fais cette manip :
    Démarrer -> executer tape services.msc clic droit sur les services cités - > propriétés et dans "type de démarrage" et mets le sur « arrêté « et « désactivé ».

    Vide ta corbeille , redémarre ton PC et dis moi ou en sont tes probs .

    bonjour Seb08,
    J’espère que cela ne vas pas te décevoir, mais j'ai laissé tombé.
    Il m'a été impossible de supprimer C:\Program Files\DeluxeCommunication. J'ai essayé en mode sans échec : impossible. ce truc est très malin, en fait il se mais en marche au démarrage et essaye sans arrêt d'installer des fichiers, donc quand on le supprime ça dit impossible car utilisé par un autre utilisateur. J'ai donc utilisé un logiciel pour désactiver deluxe communication au démarrage, mais a chaque fois que je referme mon logiciel, deluxe se remet en marche. (J’ai testé plusieurs logiciels mais il est plus malin que tous).
    J'ai essayé pleins de méthodes différentes mais a chaque fois c'est deluxe qui gagne (saloperie).
    Je me suis donc résigner a rendre le PC a ma collègue (ben oui c'été même pas le mien) en lui disant que des que je le tps je le récupère pour tout formater. J'espère que le formatage sera plus fort que deluxe.
    En tout cas un grand merci pour ton aide.

      Voilà justement le genre de "conclusion" qui me déçoit ( pour rester politiquement correct ! )

      En effet, notre Rachelle, allègue :

      Triste constatation.

      1°- Rien n'est impossible en informatique .

      2°- Elle prétend avoir "utilisé" un, voire plusieurs logiciels.
      OK, je veux bien la croire sur parole. ( Quoique ! )
      Mais ce n'est pas ainsi qu'on avance !!.
      Quels sont ces logiciels, et comment les a-t-elle exécutés ???

      3°- Elle a essayé "plein de méthodes" .
      Même vexation !!
      On ne sait toujours pas ce qu'elle a fait ( pour échouer ).

      4°- Par contre, elle ne dit mot sur ce que tu lui avais demandé
      d'effacer/supprimer/fixer/rechercher/arrêter.
      Nous avons l'habitude de recommander de suivre les instructions dans l'ordre, et de ne pas avancer à tire-larigot .

      Elle a surtout préféré restituer "à sa collègue" un PC ( de luxe communication ) en lui laissant tirer ses propres conclusions sur les compétences du forum CCM, et des Helpers affables.

      Elle aurait au moins pu attendre une commande DOS pour suppression de dossier, etc..

      Oui, je m'associe à ta déception que je veux partager.
