I just had a guy from 1044 on the phone after 20 minutes of waiting (such luck, it's Friday the 13th :lol: ) who explained to me that in the case of multiple subscriptions with the same bank account, it's normal not to receive a confirmation email for the subsequent subscriptions.
For the other subscriptions, the registration is recorded (but no acknowledgment) because it will need to be confirmed definitively in the subscriber space at mobile.free.fr; this is a security procedure to prevent multiple subscriptions by mistake due to the heavy traffic on the servers, with error pages and people thinking it failed and starting the process over multiple times.

I subscribed to the Free Mobile plan for €19.90 yesterday at 1 PM. I immediately received the order acknowledgment email but not the confirmation email with the identifiers... I just called Free, and the advisor told me that as long as I received the first email, the order has been successfully recorded. I should wait up to 48 hours for the second one. If I still haven't received the identifiers by the time I get the SIM card, I should contact them again. So it’s a matter of patience! At the same time, no surprise with all the new subscribers!

Zero emails, nothing, no response... so I called them and I got a bright spark who made me believe they were searching their server, but without taking my name, email, or anything... lol
Anyway, after that, I waited and on Friday still nothing, I called back... a guy answers, takes my details, and tells me they will investigate and that his boss will call me... I believed it like I believe in Santa Claus!!
So I placed another order yesterday... zero emails!!!!! So frustrated!! I’m waiting... since three of my friends signed up after me and all received their confirmation... then annoyed, I tried the password again and bingo, I received the email but with the number I chose from their list during my second attempt!!
Moral: If you haven't received anything for several days, in my opinion, try again!!!

FREE's communication is always a disaster. So I'm staying with ORANGE: appointment today with a callback in 24 hours! They can match the offer: I'm not ready to get the Freebox!!
No technical expertise either.
Good luck to those who persevere, but we now have a history with ADSL...

Same problem as you, I registered online on the 12th, and no email, nothing. After calling them 4 times in 10 days, they always come up with the same excuse, I have to wait some more…

Hello everyone, I subscribed to an offer for €2, I received my 2 confirmation emails and the one with my login details, but to this day I still haven't received my SIM card. Moreover, Free deducted €9.75 from me for (activation fees). My question is, did you also have this deduction from your account? Thank you.

Hello Krazykat, thank you for your response. It's Free that has withdrawn money from my account since January 27th, and I still haven't received my SIM card or my cancellation for the subscription. I don't know what to do; I'm fed up with waiting because I absolutely want to leave Orange.

Personally, Free hasn't charged me anything yet. I only submitted my direct debit authorization to my bank when I received my SIM card in hand, that is to say on February 8, approximately 3 weeks after registration.
As for the direct debit fees, I know that at Crédit Agricole there are fees (of 9 € this year for my branch) for setting up an authorization.
So Fabienne, I don't see the 9.75 €, especially since the SIM card in case of non-portability is 10 €.

I entered my first name, last name, and email, but unfortunately it said "unknown name"!!!!
I re-entered my first name, last name, and email, but this time EVERYTHING in uppercase (even the email) and it worked!!!! Finally, I received my username and password but after waiting a few more hours (around 6 hours...)
But I’m happy because now at least I’m sure my order has been properly recorded and now all I have to do is keep an eye on my mailbox

Because of the undersized portability servers. I believe that the identifiers arrive anyway with the SIM; patience...
In my case, I needed to enter my name in capital letters... (I don't think it was really important) and especially my first name WITHOUT accents. For example, for "Stéphane", enter "Stephane". There you go, if that can help someone ;)

I have purchased one plan at 0 euros/month and another at 15.99 euros/month, I received the confirmation email (just after the purchase) but still haven't received anything (I ordered on 01/12 at 07:51:36).
According to the news and many websites, Free is experiencing major backlog issues (over 600,000 subscriptions ordered) and more than 1.8 million visits on 01/12.
They were supposed to send their SIM cards within 24 hours. I think there will be some slight delays ;)

Well, since only fools don't change their minds, and considering that I have less than €5 of communication credit left on my Bouygues account and I wasn't planning on topping it up... I have therefore renewed my request to subscribe to the €19.99 plan (non-free subscriber), with number portability.
Then after 5 minutes without a confirmation email, I requested a new password, which I received right away.

In my opinion, they are a bit overloaded with information on TV; tonight they said that yesterday they were down for 2 hours....
Personally, I haven't received any confirmation, but they didn't say they would send me one, just that I would receive the chips by mail...
