I ordered a SIM card from Free without any issues, and a week later it arrived. I would also like to order a phone; once ordered, how long does it take for the phone to arrive??

I ordered on March 2nd, and I received my phone on March 6th (Galaxy Y for €145 + €10 shipping fees).
I uploaded my ID card scan on the same day because I had a 12-month financing offer. I imagine it can go faster without financing as it avoids the "validation of your ID" and "validation of your financing" steps, but it shouldn't change much...
The phone is perfect. I ordered another Galaxy Y on the same day from an online retailer (because I also wanted a white one), and it arrived the same day. The versions are exactly the same (all the information listed in "about the phone," except the IMEI, of course). The contents of the box are also identical (phone, charger, USB cable, 2GB microSD card, SD adapter...). Ultimately, the only differences are in the arrangement of the home screen icons, the pre-configured camera settings, a Free app like "my account" pre-installed, and the home page of the internet browser which is "free" instead of "Google-Samsung" (in short, just things that can be easily changed).
To conclude, I am very satisfied, but I recommend avoiding financing (installment payments) as it adds a few steps (ID card scan + bank authorization for payment in the name of CA consumer or something like that) and delays. The inconveniences may ultimately seem quite minimal if spreading out the payment suits you!
P.S.: Do not pay attention to what is said in your subscriber area (My phone orders), as it is generally delayed compared to reality.
For several days, it indicated that I had no mobile orders... (scary when you've just paid...)
I received my mobile yesterday, and today in my area, it still shows the first line in green:
STEP 1 - Your order has been validated.
STEP 2 - Your financing has been validated.
STEP 3 - Your order is being prepared.
STEP 4 - Your order has been shipped.
However, in parallel, we receive emails and texts confirming the dispatch and receipt of the package... so forget using the subscriber area for tracking...

Actually, the card appeared as "validated" on the same day the mobile was shipped... so don't worry because you shouldn't put too much trust in the steps displayed on the Free page, in the end it's quick!
