FTP connection issue with the Bbox

Hello,
when I connect with my server computer on localhost and with my IP address it works, but as soon as I try to connect with another computer it doesn't work. I am using FileZilla Server to connect to FileZilla Client with my IP address and my password according to the Bbox settings. I have set up NAT/PAT with the FTP server, the port is set to 21. I saw on another forum that there are issues with port 21, so I tried to change it and configure FileZilla Server with the same port, but nothing helps. Thank you for your help ^^
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Can you clarify your request:
Do you mean that you are trying to set up an FTP server on your home connection behind a Bbox router and that you are unable to connect from the outside while you can connect locally?
