Hello, I can't seem to install my audio headset for PS3.

I have a slight buzzing and nothing more.

I hope you can help me ;) Thank you in advance!

    I would like to direct you to our technical support to access the manual that explains how to connect the PHS 10 headset.

    You can find the support at this address:
    http://www.bigben.fr/support

    At the bottom of the page, click on "Choose your platform" and then on "Sony PlayStation 3". Then select "Choose your product" and "Gaming PHS 10".
    You will find the manual in the menu that appears.

      Hello everyone, I have the Bigben PHS10 headset with microphone. Everything works except the microphone, I can't get it to work, the microphone jack stays empty and I don't know where to connect it. Can someone please help me?

    I bought PHS 20 from Big Ben Interactive and I followed the instructions, but it didn't work at all. So I went to the website, I read the manual, and I've tried everything but with no results.
