Bigben Micron headset not working on PS4

Hello,

I bought my son a Bigben Gaming headset before the lockdown at Micromania.
It worked well for 2 weeks, but now there’s no sound coming out. How can I check the headset and identify if there’s a problem?

    Hello, same for me, I bought one for my son, it lasted 3 weeks, then no sound anymore. Bought online so no refund. I went to Micromania, got a second one, lasted: 2 days. I exchanged it at the store... again, lasted: 24h... so I gave up on this brand, spent a little more than 30 euros, and since then everything's been fine.
    Cheap price: don't expect wonders...
