IP3G TV stuck

Hello,

I just acquired a TV that is unfortunately locked. Moreover, it lacks a Scart and RCA socket.

There is only a serial port and an Ethernet port.

How can I use it?

      IP3G is the company AVISTEL, it's integration for hospitals with rights management, their system is poor (of course, I am their competitor)
      you will never be able to make it work without the server that goes with it.
