Hello,
I haven't used my Brother DCP-195C for several months and the ink has dried INSIDE the printer. The cartridges are not clogged.
For the ink to reach the print heads, it must circulate within the printer since the cartridges are fixed and located on the side of the device. This is where the blockage is.
Is there a way to fix this problem?

Hello,
I also have a Brother DCP-J315W printer and I have the same problem as Nuralcar, no black ink comes out. I have tried the various proposed solutions without success. Does anyone have a solution?
The printer hardly gets used.... it really pisses me off to throw it away or send it for repair!!
