j'ai un petit probleme, qd je démare mon pc j'ai toujours ce mm message qui s'affiche :

"Erreur de chargement de w5c69e8c.dll , le module spécifié est introuvable "

Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée svp

    Salut,

    certainement un reste de virus !

    Télécharge HijackThis:
    Téléchargement de HijackThis

    Installe le dans son propre dossier:
    -clic droit sur le bureau, choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe le dedans.
    Lance le, clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
    Puis copie et colle le rapport ici stp

    j'ai hésiter a le faire, et maintenant je sais qu'il ne faut pas, ms comme c'est un probleme différent je me suis dis qu'il fallait mettre un nouveau sujet centré sur ce probleme la...
    loin de moi l'idée de vouloir aller voir qq'un d'autre vu comment tu m'a deja bien aidé pr mon 1er probleme

    Oui, je comprends très bien, on ne peut tout savoir.
    Perso, j'ai des soucis (ben!oui) avec mon PC, donc je n'ai pas tous mes outils pour continuer (j'en ai mm pas du tout----- ;-), j'espère que tu m'en excuseras
    Je pense de toutes les façons que d'autres ""helpers"" passeront, faut un peu de patience

      fait ça mais ne touche à rien

      Télécharge L2mfix ici:
      http://www.downloads.subratam.org/l2mfix.exe

      double clic sur "L2mfix.exe" pour lancer l'extraction.
      dans le dossier "L2mfix" double clic sur "l2mfix.bat" et choisis l'option 1 et valide avec la touche entrée
      il va te generer un rapport
      Copie et colle le resultat ici s'il te plait.

      essaye encore ça sinon on passera à autre chose

      double clic dessus choisis "start for vundo"
      attends quelques minutes, quand le scan est terminé clic sur "remove vundo"
      un message te demandera si tu veux supprimes les fichiers sur "yes"
      Quand il a terminé, clic sur "yes" ton ordinateur devrait redemarrer sinon, fais le par toit même
      Une fois qu'il a redemarré colle le rapport C:\vundofix.txt ici sur le forum

    En toute franchise, j'aime bien me faire dorloter aussi, alors je me dis qu'un petit coup de remise à niveau pour mon PC ne ferait pas de mal

    Clic sur demarrer, executer, tape: services.msc ,cherche, fait un double-clic sur les lignes ci-dessosu et régle les sur "manuel"

    Office Source Engine
    StarWind iSCSI Service

    Fais ce nettoyage: (à faire réguliérement)

    ¤Telecharges et installes ceci:
    CCleaner:
    Télécharger Ccleaner

    dans la colonne de gauche clic sur "erreurs" coches toutes les cases, puis cliques en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois finit, cliques sur "reparer les erreurs" et tu aura un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre tu dis "oui" puis tu recommences jusqu'a ce qu'il te trouve plus d'erreurs.
    Les sauvegardes que tu aura faites tu pourra les supprimer si ton ordinateur n'a plus de problémes

    ¤Relance Ccleaner, vas dans l'onglet "nettoyeur" present sur la gauche, decoches la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis clic sur "lancer le nettoyage"

    Redemarre le Pc puis dis nous quoi

    j'auré juste une derniere chose a te demandé.

    msn et windows live messenger ne fonctionnent pas. tu pouré me dire si je dois faire qq chose, je m'en sert pas mal de fois pour mon boulot, j'en auré besoin.

      pour depanner tu peux déjà utiliser:
      https://www.msn.com/fr-fr/

      Ensuite, il faut que tu désinstalle tout ce qui concerne MSN et le Live Messenger

      Ensuite, tu cliques sur demarrer, poste de travail, C:, program files, tu supprimes les dossiers lui appartenant

      A nouveau clique sur demarrer, poste de travail, C:, documents and settings, < ton dossier >, application data, microsoft et supprime ce dossier:

      MSN messenger


      Refais une nettoyage complet avec Ccleaner jusqu'a ce qu'il te trouve plus une erreur

      Ouvre Kerio et supprime les lignes correspondates à MSN

      Redemarre ton Pc puis réinstalle le Live Messenger

      ca ne marche toujours pas..

      dis moi si tu as d'autre idées, sinon c'est pas tres grave, je me débrouillerai ac cke tu ma donné.

    Vérifie si par hazard, ce ne sont pas : pare-feu et anti-virus qui bloquent ??
    Pour l'instant reste à la version 7.5.

    non ce ne sont pas le pare feu et l'antivirus qui bloque car mm en les quittant, msn ne fonctionne pas.
    je ne comprend pas trop a koi c'est du, car presque chaque analyse que je fais ne trouve aucune erreur.

    on verra bien..
