Hello,
I can't open the drive to insert a music CD... It's been a while since I've used this almost new device... How do I open it??? (it's connected to the TV); I am clicking on Open. Ugh... thank you for guiding me...

Hello Rapsie,
When you pressed the Open button on your player and your remote, did a message appear on the front of your player or on your screen saying "eject lock"?
If so, please perform this operation:
Press the 0 button on the remote and simultaneously press the STOP button on the front of the player for 5 seconds.
Then try to eject the player again. If the problem persists, I recommend contacting your dealer to send your product for repair, as the issue is likely mechanical.
