Grandin CR-36 TNT... adjust without remote control

Hello,
I just moved in and have no idea what I did with my TV remote, which is a Grandin CR-36 TNT!
Since I don't have the remote, I can't change the channels... however, after struggling with the beast, by pressing V- and V+ at the same time, I can access the menu. With P+ and P-, I can scroll through the menu... but I can't select my choice "installation" of channels. I've pressed all the buttons in different sequences, but nothing works.
Does anyone have any ideas?
