Set TC Trchwood without remote

Hello,

I have lost the remote control for my Techwood TV model TC15 M08. I don't really need it, but I need to set up the TV after switching to digital terrestrial television. How can I tune the channels without the remote control, but by using the buttons on the television?

      Otherwise, check on Amazon 'techwood remote control' and see if you find yours by comparing the photos of the remotes on the site (they are cheaper)
