Sinon je sais pas si c'est le virus mais j'ai de plus en plus de mal à allumer mon ordi, j'ai du le faire en mode sans échec, c'est normal?

Alors j'ai pu désinstaller
- Toolbar Winamp
- uTorrent
- Spybot

Je n'ai pas réussi à désinstaller Toolbar Ask avec pour message "Impossible d'accéder au service Windows Installer, ..."
Et je n'ai pas trouver Bitcomet dans la liste.

Je ne suis pas sûre que le nettoyage ait été complet car j'ai encore eu le msg " Impossible d'accéder au service windows installer..."

Fais ce qui suit :

* Télécharge USBFix (de El desaparecido et C_XX) sur ton Bureau
* Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, lecteur mp3 etc...) sans les ouvrir
* Fais un clic droit sur le programme USBFix et choisis 'Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur'.
* Au menu principal, clique sur "Suppression"
* Ton Bureau va disparaitre, puis l'ordinateur va redémarrer : c'est normal
* Laisse travailler l'outil jusqu'au bout
* A la fin, le rapport va s'afficher : poste le dans ta prochaine réponse stp

Ensuite, relance Malwarebytes et fais la mise à jour
* Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen complet" puis "Rechercher"
* Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l'examen"
* A la fin de l'analyse, clique sur Afficher les résultats
* Coche tous les éléments détectés puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection
* Enregistre le rapport
* S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer l'ordinateur, clique sur Yes
* Poste dans ta prochaine réponse le rapport apparaissant après la suppression
