Hello, I bought BF3 on PC and I'm trying to connect to Battlelog. When I launch the game from Origin, Battlelog opens automatically and it says "We are sorry, something went wrong during your login. Please try again." I enter my email address and then my password and it tells me "Purchase BF3 to access Battlelog."
So I can't play online :(
Please help me...
Configuration: Windows 7

Hello
"I'm not a moderator and I'm not sure I'm right either but:
Have you created an Origin account and installed BF 3 on it?
If so, you need to create an EA account and link your Origin and EA accounts by contacting the team at https://help.ea.com/en/.
When you're on that page, click on Talk to a consultant on the right. Explain your problem to them and ask for account linking.
I'm not sure if this will work because I just sent a message to one of the consultants, I'm waiting for their response.
Actually, if I understood correctly, you had to create an EA account, log into Origin with the credentials of that EA account, and install the game on it. But just like you, I installed it on a new Origin account which means I can't log in either :/. Plus, we can't retrieve the key, so the only solution is to link the two accounts and log into Battlelog with the EA account.
Otherwise, a little tip to play solo while waiting for your consultant's response:
Go to Origin, click on the options wheel at the top right, click on Go Offline. Then click on BF3 and normally you should be able to play solo
There you go, hoping to have greatly helped you, and remember that you are not alone ^^
Have a nice day"

Problem solved,
I had the same problem, I couldn't log into Battlelog, it said that the password was incorrect, so I called EA (the number is on the website) and if you explain your problem well, they usually give you a new key. You will need to create a new account with a new email address, enter the key they gave you and that's it!
It worked perfectly and now I can play online, in Co-Op and in Campaign mode.
There you go, I hope I have resolved your problem.

For anyone who has this issue, you need to call EA at this number: 04-81-68-08-08, and normally, if you explain your problem well, they will ask for your email and send you a password. You enter the password along with your email in the battlelog and it works!

I'm disgusted...
60€ for a crappy game (sorry for the vulgarity, but it's the right term to use) we can't even modify our account and since I didn't enter the correct birth dates, I put that I'm under 16, I can't log in...
Anyway, EA messed up with their Battlelog...

Battlelog, Origin, all that, it's all pretty new. Personally, I've been a fan of Steam since its creation, and at its launch, Steam wasn't exactly great either. I think we need to give the system some time to get going. That said, I agree with you, you spent 60€ on a game you can't use, that's frustrating. However, have you tried contacting Origin's customer service?
In short, do we have to wait a month before playing? Or did we just shell out 60 euros for nothing?
I’m starting to really like this... I find it absolutely unacceptable. We buy it in the store and bam, Battlelog = Problem :)
I have the game, the key, the money spent, and I can't play... What else. Plus, the customer support will take ten years to respond. Anyway.
A game should be easy to install when you buy it :)
But since I installed Origin before signing up for EA... Well, there you go :)

Oh yes, and when I log into EA, it says: "The username or password you entered is not valid. If you recently registered on SWTOR.com, the password you created has become your new Origin/EA.com password." even though I’m sure I entered the correct password...
Yes, I have the same problem. When I launch the game, a start page opens, then a second one saying that activation is impossible and that I need to enter the code, but when I enter the code, it tells me that the code has already been used, which is obvious since I used it to install the game.
What should I do? If someone has the answer, I would be very grateful.

I may have found the solution to this problem.
When I created my account, I probably made a mistake with my email address, so actually, what you need to do is contact EA and let them know the email address you registered with and the password and everything...
Then you ask them to change the address and there you go!
I have already contacted them and I'm waiting for a response.
Honestly, I hope that's it because I'm really tired of being stuck in this situation. :S

I am currently unable to enter my game into my Origin account to access exclusive badges, and because of that, I cannot connect to Battlelog. Is there a way to fix this problem?
I assume you bought the game in a store? If that's the case, you need to link it to an Origin account, the new EA sales platform, using the game’s serial number which should be found somewhere on the case or in the game booklet.
And naturally, if you don’t have an Origin account yet, you should create one.

Hello everyone,
after calling Electronics Arts, I finally managed to find the solution with the advisor. There are actually two solutions to address this problem, which are as follows: (this solution works 1 time out of 2) you just need to go to the EA.com website on the authentication page using the following link: https://www.ea.com/fr/profile/login?returnurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ea.com%2Ffr%3Ffrom%3Dus and then log in not by entering your email address and password, but by connecting using the small "connect with PSN" tab located below the login tab. So enter your PSN email and your PSN password; this should link your Electronics Arts account to your PSN account. You can then try to connect to Battlelog again. If that still doesn't work, here is the second solution: turn on your PS3 system, log in to your PSN on your PS3 system, go to the browser (PlayStation Store) and download a demo consisting of a multiplayer mode like Battlefield 1942 (free demo). Once downloaded, launch the demo, and you will be asked for your Electronics Arts username and password. Enter them and play for a few minutes in multiplayer mode; this will create the link between your PSN account and your Electronics Arts account (this solution works in 99% of cases). You can then sign in to Battlelog.
Hoping to have helped you, best regards.

I've been looking to play BF3 for a week!
it's absolute nonsense, you buy a game and you can’t play it.
