Rocket League Sideswipe connection issue

Question

Hello, I have a little problem with Rocket League Sideswipe, I can't connect to Epic Games either through PlayStation Network, email address, or directly through Epic Games; it doesn't work.
(Error message: unable to connect, please try again later or contact our support)
Additionally, I can't contact support; could you help me, please?

Go to this site, it explains the steps to fix the issue; you actually need to delete your browser data and then restart the game.

Hello,

If it's on the Epic Game Store, you can try checking the game files to see if there are any damaged or missing files, or otherwise, disable the antivirus, uninstall Rocket League, and try reinstalling it because sometimes the antivirus can cause issues if it's on PC.

On PS4, aside from uninstalling the game, go into safe mode > rebuild the hard drive database and try reinstalling the game to see if that works; rebooting the internet modem won't help either.

For safe mode, you need to connect the PS4 controller with its USB cable.

Please note that I cannot guarantee that this will work or solve the issue; I'm just offering my help to try to resolve the problem.

Hello.

I had the same problem as you, but I managed to solve it.
I am using a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10s and I was using Chrome. So there was this connection issue.
But I installed Mint Browser (a browser designed by Xiaomi) and set it as the default browser. I then tried to connect again using Mint Browser, and it worked.

I think you should try using Mint Browser or the manufacturer’s browser on your device (I don’t know where the problem comes from, so try both).
