Hello, I just signed up for the French Lottery, I loaded my account with 20 euros for now, but I can't even use them because whenever I go to EuroMillions for example, a window opens, loads the game, then an error message appears telling me that I need to contact customer service and provide the error code F0002.
Not having received a response from them yet, can someone please help me?

Subject: Display of error message F0002
You reported your issue accessing the game (to be completed). To resolve this, we invite you to perform the following steps:
1. Go to the "Tools" tab of your browser,
2. Select "Internet Options",
3. Select the "Advanced" tab,
4. At the bottom of the list in the Security section, uncheck the box "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" and click OK,
5. Return to the "General" tab,
6. Select "delete cookies" and click OK,
7. Select "delete files" and click OK,
8. Close your browser,
9. Restart your computer,
