Hello everyone,
I've been using my new software Ciel GC Evo Network for a week now and everything was working fine until now. But yesterday, while working on two stations at the same time, upon restarting the program and trying to return to the folder, the following error message appeared: "incorrect file type error."
I don't understand anything; my other folders are still accessible and they have the same extension (.SgWgc). I can't access my most important folder, and it's very disabling. I called the hotline, but they don't know the problem, and they suggested I send them the so-called "damaged" file (this service is of course paid...).
Please help me; I would really like to access my folder again without losing everything that has been added since (especially since I haven't made a backup).

Be careful because following an update of Ciel Gestion Evolution network, the .SgWgc file has been moved from its directory and thus the backup did not take place!....

There is a good chance that the file is damaged, and in that case, there are two solutions: send the file for dollars or restore an old backup where this message did not appear.
I will check in more detail tomorrow.

Hello, I have the same problem for the second time in 8 months, and Ciel is asking me for 418 euros for the repair.
Has anyone found a solution without going through Ciel?
