Inverted R, upside down

Hello,
How can I flip the letter R in a horizontal symmetry, that is, upside down, with the legs in the air! I've been searching everywhere but I can't find the code &.... for the position of this letter, often used in phonology (see the first paragraph of this page: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phon%C3%A8me).
Thanks to anyone who can provide me with this information. It's for a text written in Dreamweaver...

      Yes, Transat, that's exactly it, but I want to know the code for this letter, and not just copy and paste the letter! which then disappears in Dreamweaver to be replaced by a square!

    Sorry, but not knowing Dreamweaver and even less the API code, I can't help you at all.
    I made this little montage with Inkscape. It's fine for a title, but for complete text it's too hard to do.

    It's a character included in the Unicode fonts... so you take Microsoft's Lucida Unicode and it's there.

      Hello, contrariness, could you be more specific, because I looked at my various Lucida fonts (I see 5!) and in none of them do I see my upside-down R!
      On this link: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phon%C3%A8me in the first paragraph, the object of my search appears several times, just to clarify and ensure we are talking about the same thing!!

      Only the "unicode" fonts should have it... I looked in "Lucida," but it is also possible that it is in "Arial" and "Times" as well.

      Unicode fonts are character fonts containing around 65,000 signs (they are also several MB in size).

      However, as shown by the character table, the sign is not directly accessible. I think if you use it often, you would benefit from programming a key combination to call it from your software (if that is allowed).

      Thank you, I am making progress thanks to you. I have spotted this reversed R 0281 in the table, now I need to find the way to make it appear in Dreamweaver ... in its "numeric" version &...., thank you very much....
