Numeric keypad problem stuck on arrows

Hello,
num pad issue, I must have pressed some keys incorrectly and now the num pad is stuck on the arrow keys only, the others don’t work anymore!
It’s not the Num Lock key, I’ve already checked.
It’s a Logitech wireless keyboard K350

Hello, you need to go to Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Change how your keyboard works.
You should have activated the toggle keys; uncheck both boxes.
Try if your numeric keypad works.
If it still doesn't work, activate the box "turn on the keys... for 5 seconds" and apply it, then do the same for the Num Lock key.
Depending on how you use your numeric keypad, you can deactivate the box or not.
