My arrow keys have a problem

Since this morning, my Z, S, Q, and D keys are mapped to the arrow keys and I don't know how to reset it and get my keyboard back to how it was before. Thank you in advance for your responses.

    Hello...

    Try pressing both Alt and Shift (the arrow up) at the same time....
