Bonjour, Je pense que j'ai un grave problème avec mon ordinateur: mon graveur de cd s'ouvre tout seul et ce de façon régulière; il n'arrête pas. Je pense qu'il s'agit d'un virus; mais je n'arrive pas à le supprimer. J'utilise pc cillin 9 qui ne détecte rien et, depuis peu, ad-aware qui m'a détecté quelque chose comme "possibilité de détournement des pilotes" mais depuis plus rien. Je sollicite votre aide pour me sortir de ce pétrin. Je vous remercie infiniment pour l'attention que vous accorderez au présent messageVéronique
