Hello,
I have movies on an external hard drive (format .avi), which can connect to my video projector (Epson EH-DM2) via a USB port. However, the projector seems to recognize no files: the folder appears empty. Could it be the file format? the hard drive? something else?
I'm not very tech-savvy, and probably poorly advised by sellers who pretend to know... can you help me?
Thanks in advance
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 5.0

Hello,
To be able to read your HDD, you first need to format it to FAT32 and not NTFS because the latter format is not recognized by your VP.
You can download this program, it's free.

Hello, I have the same problem. However, I wanted to know, if I format the HDD, I will lose all my data, right?
