My Philips CD565 Duo phone displays OUT OF RANGE.

Hello,
I have a problem since Sunday morning, my two cordless phones (Philips Duo CD565) display "OUT OF RANGE" and occasionally "SEARCHING..". I have followed all the steps on orange.fr because I have the Livebox 2 and the result = nothing. I prefer to ask my question online first rather than waste money on my mobile.
Can you help me?
Thanks in advance!
P.S.: It's urgent!

    Hello
I had the same problem with my phone and I found the solution. Just unplug the cables from the base and plug them back in, and the phone will reset.
I had tried other things that didn't work (resetting the phone, the livebox...).

      Good evening Zaza,
you saved me... thank you so much... I hadn’t thought about the cables from the base, just the phone socket... and I was starting to despair when I found your comment... here I am, connected to the outside world again ;-) thanks to you... thank you again, I send you a hug.

    Good evening,
I have the same problem as all of you. My phone says out of range or searching. I've done all the troubleshooting you suggested, and nothing works. What should I do?? Please reply as soon as possible, thank you in advance.

    Hello, the problem is solved!
It's the phone that isn't really compatible with the live box. I just need to have it tested in the store and then we'll see..

I don't really see the connection between the combined-base relationship and the base-livebox relationship.
      Is the base properly powered?
And if it's a compatibility issue, why did it work before?

I have exactly the same problem since last night, but I don't have a live box... so the problem can't come from there... were you able to solve the problem in the meantime or was the database really bad???

Hello, I have the same phone and I'm experiencing the same problem. One works fine while the other shows "Offline".

    Hello...

"out of range" = you're too far from the base...!
"search" = he is looking for the base, but you might need to press the base's button that locates the phones for a while, so they resynchronize.....

    Best regards,
    @+
