Resize 600*600 pixels

Hello,

I would like to resize a photo to 600*600 pixels but I don't know how to do it. If possible, using Picture Manager 2007. When I resize to 600*600 pixels, it gives me something else.

    resizing a photograph requires more criteria.
    A photograph in dimensions is defined as follows:
    Width in pixels X height in pixels and dpi in pixels per /inches.....
