J'ai aussi utilisé l'option de taper sur la caméra environ 30 fois, assez fort, sur la table, et maintenant elle fonctionne très bien. Merci mille fois.

    Hello
I have a .mov sequence that I can't transfer to another hard drive. When I try to copy and paste, it gives me the error message:

The operation couldn't be completed: an unexpected error occurred
    (error code 0)

    Hello everyone
Thanks for the simple and original tip ;-)
I still had to insist "heavily", but after a good twenty times it works again!!
But now I have a memory card issue, I think with one of the memory sticks, it shows me the error c:13:01...
Thanks again, Happy New Year @everyone

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have the same problem. I thought it was due to a grain of sand on the lens, but no... Sometimes you have to hit it hard for it to work. I did it on the edge of a wooden chair!

    Great job with the trick!

A little hit on the lower opposite side of the memory card on the desk mat and it's back to work even though I had tried everything before...

    Hello everyone,

I'm new here, and I'll skip the introduction for now, I apologize, but I'm really frustrated right now. I bought a DSCP52 the day it came out and now I'm getting the error 61:10 today :(
I've seen the thing about tapping on the bottom corner, but it just wrecks my hands and doesn't work. Do I have to remove the batteries every time?
    Thanks, friends.

    Good evening,

I had the same issue with a Sony D-W1 (first, it couldn’t focus with autofocus, then the zoom stopped working and I couldn’t retract the lens when turning it off).
After a good thirty taps with a rubber mallet (before I was ready to throw it away), everything started working again: focusing, zooming, and then after a few more taps, macro focus!!!
I hope the "repair" will hold!
In any case, thanks to the brilliant discoverer of this miracle treatment.

Yes, thank you really for this effective remedy.
It's quite astonishing: on my left, 200g of miniaturized high technology; on my right, a rudimentary hammer, a prehistoric invention tool. Wham, a hit in the face, and off we go! Talk about a clash of cultures!! It reminds me of the song by Boris Vian:

    > A good slap in the face
    > A good kick in the rear
    > A punch on the jaw
    > That'll give you a second youth

    Thank you!

Well, thank you very much to Nico..
I'm in Algeria and the after-sales service isn't great....
For my Cybershot, it's too late, I've given it to a friend to repair... we'll see the result..
    A good test..
    Nice......

    Excellent!
    It's been working since!
I can't believe that something with this technology was fixed "Fonzie-style"!

    Thanks again for the tip!

Great, it works! I had a doubt at first, but a good sharp hit on the tile and it's all good. Thanks!

Excellent... thank you all! I just received the same error message and having nothing left to lose since my device is over 5 years old, I hit it left and right with the palm of my hand, I turn it off, I turn it back on and... miracle, it works again! Thank you very much!
