Hello, I'm experiencing issues with my ZicPlay 1GB minikey with FM: it's not working.
I've already read the previous messages and advice on this forum regarding this problem.
I've downloaded the driver for the minikey from the ZicPlay website, and I had to find a program to unzip it. I found a shareware, but I don't see any "setup.exe" in the unzipped file, which only contains 2 ".bin" files. What’s up with that?
Moreover, I can't properly install my ZicPlay on my PC because Windows says that the "AdfuUd.inf" file is missing (path not found). I do have an AdfuUpdate in my #ZP-MINI-U1 Driver, but no AdfuUd.inf.
Anyway, I've been struggling for hours!
Who can help me?
Additionally, the message I sent to zicplay@powerdata.ch is systematically bounced back with "Delivery to the following recipients failed."
PS: I did save files to the key when it was recognized at one point (?) as a removable disk, but the files ended up in the "record" menu instead of the "music" menu, and I can't listen to them.
This minikey is a "piece of junk,” and its installation and manual are too!
It's a 1GB key with FM, the FM doesn't work (none of the radio stations are relayed audibly), and I paid 99 euros for it at Christmas (I hadn't decided to use it until now).
Thanks for your help.

Amazing, I went to Fnac where ZicPlay comes from, one of the technicians had the same problem as me and the other seller went to another PC and it worked, the PC recognized the drive, so the guy reformatted it and now my PC also recognizes it!
I believe that with this kind of "fragile" product, you need to be very careful to follow the "safe removal" procedure.
Do like me if you encounter this kind of problem, it might work, and good luck :-)
In any case, it must be said that the manual is pretty poor, the installation CD is incomplete, their website is unclear and their contact address for support is invalid! (and removing the battery is particularly difficult!).
I'm sure I'm not buying a product from this brand again.
