Conforama package: no news!

Hello!

I ordered a chair online from Conforama. It's not a product that can be picked up at a warehouse, but an online exclusive, so it can only be sent by post.
I ordered it over 7 days ago knowing that the site stated the product was in stock, and I received a confirmation email indicating that I would soon receive an email with tracking numbers as soon as the merchandise was ready to leave the warehouses.

Considering that the next day was July 14, I wasn't worried at all; I thought I would hear back by the 15th or 16th. No news.

I think to myself, in a moment of kindness, that Conforama might have taken a long weekend for July 14 and would resume web orders on Monday the 18th.

No email. No delivery in sight.

The problem is that I am going on vacation in August and I cannot afford to wait for a package that takes eons to arrive when it is supposedly in stock and the guaranteed delivery is 2 to 3 days by Colissimo.

What is happening? Why have I not received any updates about this package that was supposed to be in stock? Does it really take a team from a distribution giant, especially in distance selling, 7 days to find and prepare a product that is in stock?

I wrote them an email yesterday asking for information about my package, where it stands, but so far, no reply...

Help me, I don't want to wait 4 months to receive a chair (because while searching online, I found plenty of customers complaining about products that were ultimately not in stock, with a wait of 2 to 9 months!!!!!)

    These companies always work on a just-in-time basis, and when they say they have the product in stock, most of the time, it is, yes, but with the suppliers, as that allows them
    to save on storage.
    If the supplier has had a problem during shipping, Confo. cannot fulfill your order within the allotted time. But they won’t mention that to you.
    If you can, cancel everything and request a refund!!
